Terms of sale
The terms for buying from Kidkeel, which is run by the company that operates Kidkeel (its details appear at the foot of every page).
Your account
You need an account with a confirmed email address to buy. You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euro and include VAT. When US dollars are offered, the price is converted at the European Central Bank's daily rate and you are charged the amount you confirm at checkout. If the total changes before you pay, we show you the new total and ask you to confirm again.
Payment is by card on the Trezuz payment page. The contract is made when the payment is confirmed and we email you the order confirmation.
Codes and credit
One code per order, on its own conditions. Trade-in credit codes work once, only on the account that received them, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Trade-in
A trade-in offer applies to the items as you described them. If what arrives is different, we may change or withdraw the offer and send the items back to you.
Delivery and returns
See the Delivery and Returns & refunds pages.
