How to return

Write to us from the Contact page with your order number and the items. We will tell you where to send them.

• New items come back in their original condition and packaging.
• Pre-loved items come back complete, as you received them.
• Sealed card packs can only be returned sealed.

Refunds

We refund to the card you paid with, in the currency you were charged, once the items have arrived and been checked. You get an email when the refund is made; your bank may take a few working days to show it.

If we cancel

If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we cancel it and refund the full amount. You will hear from us by email.
