Do I need an account?
Yes, to check out. You can fill a bag without one; it stays when you sign in.
How do I pay?
By card, on the secure Trezuz payment page. We never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once the payment provider confirms the payment.
Which currency?
Prices are in euro and include VAT. When US dollars are offered, prices are converted at the European Central Bank's daily rate and you are charged the amount shown at checkout.
How much is delivery?
€4.90 per order, free on orders over €50.00.
What does pre-loved mean?
Games and toys that belonged to someone else, checked complete and graded. The condition is shown on every product.
A piece is missing
Choose “A missing piece or spare part” on the contact form and tell us the product and order number.
