Privacy
Your data is handled by the company that operates Kidkeel (its details appear at the foot of every page). We collect only what the shop needs to work.
What we keep
- Account: email, name, phone (optional), language, password (hashed).
- Addresses you save.
- Orders: items, amounts, delivery address, payment status and the Trezuz payment reference.
- Trade-ins and saved products.
- Contact messages: emailed to the shop, with a copy kept in the email history.
Why
To fulfil your orders, send their emails, answer your messages and keep our accounting records.
Who we share it with
- Trezuz, to take the card payment (you enter card details only on its page).
- The shop's email and hosting providers.
- The delivery company, to deliver your order.
Your choices
You can see and correct your details in your account and delete the account from Profile. Deleting erases your name, contact details, addresses and saved items; past orders stay in our accounts without your details.
